Eastman EastaPure™ isopropyl alcohol is a high-purity solvent for use in demanding semiconductor manufacturing operations. The product can serve as a dewatering/drying solvent and wash solvent to remove contaminates from the wafer surface prior to subsequent manufacturing steps.
