Product Description
Eastman EastaPure™ isopropyl alcohol, UHP is a 4N, ultra high-purity solvent for use in demanding semiconductor manufacturing operations and crucial for advanced nodes. Continued semiconductor scaling and multi-layer structure in leading-edge manufacturing pose challenges in cleaning for solvent quality that won’t leave particles, residue or corrosion on surface. The product can serve as a dewatering/drying solvent and wash solvent to remove contaminates from the wafer surface prior to subsequent manufacturing steps. Solvent purity has become even more critical ss aspect ratios have become higher. The low surface tension of Eastman EastaPure™ isopropyl alcohol, UHP helps also prevents the pattern collapse in the drying processes.
