Soluble in ethanol, chloroform and carbon disulfide. Very slightly soluble in acetone and benzene. Practically insoluble in water. Dispersable in water. Decomposes under acidic conditions.
Store in a dry well-ventilated place away from foodstuffs. No reduction in the assay of the active substance has been observed after storage for 2 years in the original packing under normal conditions.
Protect against acids and substances liberating acids.
In the event of accidental spillage the split product should be collected for incineration. Notify the appropriate authorities immediately if there is any risk of contamination of watercourses.
