Product Description
Eastar™ GN071 copolyester is a clear copolyester used in a variety of packaging and consumer product applications, including food and beverage packaging, general-purpose packaging, flexible film packaging, and consumer products. It is among the easiest resins to extrude into thin films and rigid, thermoformed containers. Eastar GN071 enables fast-moving consumer goods brand owners to make high-quality packaging and replace materials of concern while providing the premium appearance consumers expect. Packaging converters prefer Eastar GN071 for its best-in-class processing ease, energy efficiency, thermoformability, and versatility.

Eastar™ GN071 is certified to NSF/ANSI Standard 51 for Food Equipment Materials. Eastar GN071 may be used in various food contact applications under the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) regulations. This product has been GREENGUARD Indoor Air Quality Certified. The GREENGUARD Indoor Air Quality Certified mark is a registered certification mark used under license through the GREENGUARD Environmental Institute (GEI). GEI is an industry-independent, nonprofit organization that oversees the GREENGUARD Certification Program. The GREENGUARD Certification Program is an industry-independent, third-party testing program for low-emitting products and materials for indoor environments.
