Product Description
Eastman EastaPure™ PM acetate stabilized (propylene glycol monomethyl ether acetate) is a slow evaporating solvent with both ether and ester functional groups. Eastman EastaPure™ PM acetate stabilized is offered as a solvent for photoresist formulations and can also be used in edge bead removal after spin coating. Manufactured for semiconductor and electronics applications, EastaPure™ PM acetate stabilized is formulated with butylated hydroxy toluene (BHT) to minimize peroxide formation in storage, shipping and processing.
