Product Description
Eastman MIBC (Methyl Isobutyl Carbinol - 4-methyl-2-pentanol) is a colorless chemical compound primarily used in lube oil applications (as a chemical intermediate in manufacture of zinc dialkyldithiophosphate) and mining operations (as a flotation frother). It is also so used in smaller volumes as a coating solvent (in nitrocellulose and hot spray lacquers).
