Product Description
Eastman Cristal™ One Renew-30 is a copolyester designed to be fully compatible with the PET recycling stream. Thus, it enables brand owners to achieve recyclable cosmetics packaging that is tough, exhibits good chemical resistance. It is suitable for molding thick-walled transparent containers or parts (up to 9mm thickness), while maintaining clarity and color. For ISBM applications, Cristal™ One Renew-30 is recommended for thicker luxury bottles with complex shapes.

Cristal™ One Renew-30 meets the definition of resin identification code #1 (RIC1) as defined by the California Assembly Bill (#906) and by ASTM D7611. Other end-product attributes, including but not limited to size, color, auxiliary components, and availability of collection, may also impact recyclability.

Eastman Renew polymers have been certified by International Sustainability & Carbon Certification (ISCC), a global, independent agency for tracking sustainable content in a variety of industries. Renew polymers are produced with ISCC-certified recycled content by mass balance allocation.

Renew polymers enable brand owners to reduce consumption of fossil feedstock-based plastics, achieve sustainability targets without compromise, and be a fast mover in a growing market for sustainable consumer products.
