Product Description
Modern consumer and industrial products must deliver on both high consumer-expectations for performance & appearance, as well as manufacturers' need for efficient production. Eastman Solus™ 5700 performance additive is designed to provide this high-performance in demanding consumer & industrial products, distinguished as a result of excellent surface hardness, moisture resistance and good film strength. This medium viscosity cellulose ester offers a combination of compatibility and solubility, and when dissolved in appropriate solvents a clear, colorless solution is produced. This product is supplied as a dry free-flowing powder, enabling production efficiencies due to ease of handling and storage.
Eastman Solus™ 5700 performance additve is based on cellulose, one of the most abundant natural renewable resources.
